Who is a Christian steward?

One who receives God’s gifts gratefully, cherishes and tends them in a responsible and accountable manner, shares them in justice and love with others, and returns them with increase to the Lord.

Stewardship is a grateful response to God’s love. Based in Scripture, all that we are and all that we have flows from God as gift. In turn, we serve as stewards of our spiritual and material gifts and we share these gifts in love of God and neighbor. At St. Thomas Aquinas parish we are striving to embrace stewardship as a way of life and working to strengthen each parishioner’s relationship with God.
